Before your appointment, our office will provide you with a HIPAA-compliant app called SPRUCE that you can use on your phone or computer. SPRUCE will allow you to contact the office via text, send documents and conduct telemedicine appointments.
Dr. Weaver sees patients Monday through Thursday from 8-4. Telemedicine appointments are available daily. All appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes.
For all telemedicine appointments, please take your blood pressure, pulse (beats per minute), and temperature prior to your appointment.
All Eating Disorder patients should schedule their initial visit as a telemedicine appointment.
Please reach Dr. Weaver via the Spruce app for an issue or concerning symptoms before seeking care at an urgent center or hospital (In cases of a true life-threatening emergency, go directly to the ER). Our expanded access may be able to help you manage your condition without having to pay for an urgent care visit.
Patients with Medicare
An invoice will be submitted directly to Medicare. If you have supplemental insurance, Medicare will automatically transfer this bill to your supplemental or secondary insurance. It is your responsibility to make certain that Medicare has your secondary insurance(s) on file.
We will gladly transfer or share your medical records with another provider however we do require a signed Release of Records. Patients will be charged the standard rate for the production of medical records.
